SELF-CARE SUNDAYS & OTHER SPECIAL EVENTS

SUNDAY 3/8/26: Supported Yin & meditation @7:00-8:00Pm w/ AMBER LASKOWSKI

Supported Yin & Meditation:

This class is an invitation to simply be, exploring the profound wisdom of stillness as a ground for self-discovery and deep release. Designed for everyone, regardless of experience, the primary focus of this gentle journey inward is meditation.

SUNDAY 3/15/26: Embodied YOGA & REIKI @7:00-8:00Pm w/ AMBER LASKOWSKI

Embodied Yoga & Reiki

This class is a gentle journey designed for everyone to refresh their mind and body. In our busy lives, energy can feel scattered or depleted. This is an invitation to gather that energy, gently release what no longer serves you, and invite in a renewed sense of peace and vitality.

This practice blends restorative yoga with the subtle, healing energy of Reiki. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive therapy involving light hand placement (or hovering hands-off) by the practitioner to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support your body's natural healing abilities. As part of this experience, Amber will be offering Reiki to each student during the class.

We'll begin with a grounding and intention-setting meditation and a guided self-Reiki session to help you connect with your inner energy. We emphasize listening to your body, using props generously for comfort and release, and connecting with your body and breath. Come open yourself to this energetic reset and embrace healing and well-being.

FRIDAY 3/20/26: create & meditate: spring vision board workshop @6:00-7:30Pm w/ amy levert

Create & Meditate is a mindful, guided creative experience that blends meditation, conscious intention setting, and intentional art making. In honor of the Spring Equinox, when day and night meet in sacred balance, this workshop invites participants into a seasonal threshold moment to consciously plant the seeds of what they are ready to manifest.

In this session, participants will create a personal vision board using thoughtfully selected imagery, words, and artistic elements to represent aligned desires, meaningful goals, and the life they are actively calling in. The evening begins with a grounding guided meditation and intention setting ritual to clarify what is ready to emerge, followed by spacious creative time centered on intuition, alignment, and energetic focus rather than perfection.

The Spring Equinox symbolizes renewal, balance, and forward movement. Vision boarding at this powerful turning point becomes a manifestation practice, engaging both the conscious and subconscious mind and strengthening one’s energetic commitment to what is ready to grow. This experience is less about crafting and more about conscious creation. No art or meditation experience is needed.

This class is suitable for all skill levels and abilities. All supplies are provided, and participants are welcome to bring any personal images, words, or symbolic pieces that feel aligned with their intentions. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring an open heart and readiness to explore what you are prepared to cultivate, embody, and consciously call into the coming season.

Saturday 3/21/26: Rememb(her): A Divine Femme Tea & Drumming Ceremony @ 12:00-1:30PM w/ SenTA

 ✨ Rememb(her): A Divine Femme Shamanic Tea & Drumming Ceremony ✨
A Heart-Led Journey within the Ascending Sisters Circle

Sisters, have you felt it? That quiet, persistent tug at your soul? The feeling that there is a version of you—wilder, wiser, and more powerful—waiting just beneath the surface? In a world that asks us to constantly do, become, and hustle, we often forget who we already are. We lose the rhythm of our own hearts. We forget the Queen that resides within.

Senta from Ascension Ritual Wellness invites you to a sacred pause. To a portal of return. To a night of Rememb(her)ing within the warmth and safety of the Ascending Sisters Circle.

🌙 The Experience: A Sacred Flow of Medicine & SoundThis is not just a gathering; it is a Shamanic Ceremony designed to bridge the gap between your daily life and your eternal spirit. We move through three sacred phases as a sisterhood:
I. The Queen’s Tea Ritual: We begin by grounding our energy and softening our hearts. Together, we will be served the Queen of Wellness Tea by Magic Hour. This isn’t just tea; it is a high-vibrational plant medicine, a "liquid prayer" crafted to nourish the Divine Femme temple. As we sip in community, we set our intentions and prepare our spirits for the deep work ahead.

II. The Shamanic Drumming: Once the heart is open, we let the drum take over. The primal, rhythmic heartbeat of the Mother clears away stagnant energy and shifts our consciousness. In this state, the "noise" of the world fades, allowing you to journey deep inward to hear the whispers of your ancestors and the truths of your own soul.

III. Journaling & Sacred Discussion: The magic of a shamanic journey is in the integration. We will move into a time of quiet reflection—putting pen to paper to capture the visions and insights received. We then open the Ascending Sisters Circle for heart-led discussion, weaving our individual "rememberings" into the collective strength of the tribe.

• The Circle: Ascending Sisters Circle hosted by Senta from Ascension - Senta's Ritual Wellness • The Nourishment: Ritual pouring of Magic Hour’s Queen of Wellness

📝 What to Bring to the Altar: To ensure you are comfortable and ready to receive, please bring:

  • Your Journal & a Pen: Essential for the integration and journaling phase.
  • A Sacred Item: (Optional) A crystal, photo, or flower to place on our central altar to soak up the energy of the ceremony.
  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear something that makes you feel like the Queen you are—layers are recommended so you can be cozy during the drumming.
  • An Open Heart: Leave your "to-do" list at the door. Come ready to be held by the circle.

"To Rememb(her) is not to learn something new; it is to reclaim the ancient wisdom that has always lived in your bones."
Space is Intentionally Limited. To maintain an intimate and potent container for every woman, we keep our Ascending Sisters Circle small. Please reserve your seat early to ensure your place. Are you ready to claim your throne?

MyoYin Yoga is 90 minutes of deep passive stretching in yin yoga stillness combined with soothing self-myofascial massage with therapy balls ('myo' is from 'myofascia': myo = muscle, fascia = connective tissue), ending with a guided yoga nidra meditation during an extended savasana for deep rest.

  • increase flexibility
  • reduce muscle tension
  • find freedom in your fascia
  • soothe your nervous system
  • work on your skill of meditative mindfulness
  • feel overall more relaxed and at ease in both body and mind

Expect to learn techniques for self-myofascial release using Yoga Tune Up therapy balls both independent from and in combination with yin postures (poses held passively with little to no effort or movement for between 1-5 minutes each).   Options are always given for all bodies and abilities, and beginners are welcome.

The room will be warm and dimly lit; dress for comfort.  You're welcome to bring your own therapy balls and yoga props, but some will also be available to borrow or purchase.

This yoga class series is an exploration of whole core care: learning proper deep breathing for core pressure regulation, increasing abdominal strength, unraveling excess tension and unconscious gripping, de-stressing mind+body with nervous system calming strategies, understanding pelvic floor health, gaining better hip mobility, and more.  This is a relatively gentle and mindful practice for anybody with any body, although it can be particularly helpful for: hip or back pain, building/rebuilding core strength (including but not limited to post-partum), and addressing pelvic floor dysfunction. Please note I am NOT a doctor; always discuss yoga with your healthcare team first!
