Beloved Soul,
There is a sacred frequency that exists beneath our words and beyond the reach of a brush. It is the language of the pulse, the heat of the palms, and the intuitive movement of the spirit.
I am deeply moved to invite you into the sanctuary of our Tea Apothecary and Soulful Wellness Atelier for an experience of deep divine alignment: Anointed Impression.
In this space, we set aside the tools of the ego to return to the most ancient instruments of the Divine—our own hands.
The Ritual Journey
We begin our journey anchored by a Sacred Tea Ceremony featuring a signature blend from our apothecary: Mango, Lemon Balm, and Rose Herbal Tea with Passionflower. This infusion is crafted to settle the nervous system, soften the heart, and open your energetic channels, preparing the vessel for spiritual expansion.
The Frequency of 333: Our ceremony is held under the vibration of Angel Number 333—a powerful symbol of divine creativity, expansion, and spiritual alignment. It serves as a reminder that you are supported by the universe in expressing your highest potential. As we gather, we welcome the encouragement of Archangel Jophiel, inviting you to embrace your creative gifts and step into your purpose with confidence.
The Soul Painting Ceremony: As the rhythmic heartbeat of the drum begins to fill the room, we transition into our Soul Painting Ceremony. This is an intuitive, expressive art form designed to translate internal feelings, emotions, and spiritual experiences onto canvas, often bypassing conscious thought for authentic self-expression.
Your hands become direct extensions of your soul, moving in response to the sensations of the moment. We will place paper over wet paint, allowing the pressure of your fingertips to form images on the underside. Channels of expression open, enabling feelings to flow directly from your spirit to the page.
When the paper is finally lifted, you will unveil your "Soulscape"—a visual map of your essence birthed in the quiet space between your touch and the canvas.
Guest Facilitator: Senta from Ascension - Senta's Ritual Wellness
Class format: 90 minute event. In-person at MYC
Cost: $48 Cash At The Door (Includes all high-vibrational pigments, specialized paper, and our 333 Ceremonial Tea blend)

It helps us create words for what motivates us and finally mirrors our blind spots because sometimes we need help seeing ourselves. The depth of the enneagram is incredible.
Jean Thiele has 10 years of experience with working within the enneagram map and has been trained in typing, teaching and coaching. This class will be an introduction only to the enneagram.

This class is a gentle journey designed for everyone to refresh their mind and body. In our busy lives, energy can feel scattered or depleted. This is an invitation to gather that energy, gently release what no longer serves you, and invite in a renewed sense of peace and vitality.
This practice blends restorative yoga with the subtle, healing energy of Reiki. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive therapy involving light hand placement (or hovering hands-off) by the practitioner to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support your body's natural healing abilities. As part of this experience, Amber will be offering Reiki to each student during the class.
We'll begin with a grounding and intention-setting meditation and a guided self-Reiki session to help you connect with your inner energy. We emphasize listening to your body, using props generously for comfort and release, and connecting with your body and breath. Come open yourself to this energetic reset and embrace healing and well-being.

**New session starts in May!**
8-week session format with a prerequisite requirement in order to drop in to individual classes: you must either have previously taken this series or watch/practice this video before attending individual classes. Attending all 8 weeks is encouraged, but not required.
This yoga class series is an exploration of whole core care: learning proper deep breathing for core pressure regulation, increasing abdominal strength, unraveling excess tension and unconscious gripping, de-stressing mind+body with nervous system calming strategies, understanding pelvic floor health, gaining better hip mobility, and more. This is a relatively gentle and mindful practice for anybody with any body, although it can be particularly helpful for: hip or back pain, building/rebuilding core strength (including but not limited to post-partum), and addressing pelvic floor dysfunction. Please note I am NOT a doctor; always discuss yoga with your healthcare team first!
Expect a uniquely blended yoga practice with functional mobility work, soothing Body by Breath techniques, self-myofascial massage (using the YTU Coregeous ball and other therapy balls) as well as breath-integrated Forrest Yoga and Yoga Tune Up core strengthening exercises.
Each week's class will have a specific theme that builds on the information from the previous weeks:
The work we do in this class is a great complement to whatever your usual movement practices are, with a positive ripple effect through your whole body and nervous system - and truly, your life. You'll leave this class with a more embodied understanding of your own body, better breathing habits, a core that is both strong and supple, and your whole being feeling centered and more calm!
